Author Guidelines

 Abstracts must fit within one A4 page, including any figures, tables, and references, and should follow the provided abstract template rules.

Please note that submissions will not undergo proofreading, and no revisions will be permitted after submission. Authors are responsible for ensuring their abstracts are free from spelling and grammatical errors.

All abstracts will be evaluated by the Committee.

Authors will be notified of acceptance via email by June 18 2026.

All the Abstract must be submitted in English, the presentation could be delivered in Portuguese or English

After submitting your abstract online, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging successful receipt.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
  • All the Abstracts must be submitted in English, the presentation could be delivered in Portuguese or English
